Which AI app makes the most content from one plan? Whizi, Poe and Gemini, with all five
We ranked each app by how many of five creator outputs (a script, a caption, a thumbnail image, a short video and a song) one plan makes inside the app. Ties go to the plan where more AI companies' models can write your script, then to the cheaper plan, then to the app with more US App Store ratings. We read every vendor's own pricing and help pages on 21 October 2026.
Every one of these apps writes a script and a caption, so the race is over the other three. Three apps make all five, and the first tie-break sets their order. On Whizi Powerhouse, you can pick the writer from 280+ models that come from about 40 companies, and Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok and DeepSeek are all among them. Poe's public model list holds 218 text bots from about 25 companies, and Gemini writes only with Gemini. Price runs the other way. Gemini makes all five for the least money. Google's plans page lists video generation on Google AI Plus at $4.99 a month, with 200 Google Flow credits. And its limits page shows that music and Nano Banana images are on every plan, and that includes Free. Poe Plus is $19.99 a month, and it makes all five as well. That's a close race.
ChatGPT drops to three because OpenAI shut its video app. The Sora discontinuation page says: "The Sora web and app experiences were discontinued on April 26, 2026." Claude makes two. Anthropic's help center says "Claude doesn't generate photos or illustrations the way image-generation tools do."
How do 10 AI apps compare for scripts, thumbnails, video and music?
We checked each output against the vendor's own page. A plan counts when its page or help center says the app makes that thing. US prices, as of October 2026:
| App | Script and caption | Thumbnail image | Short video | Song | Cheapest plan for that count | Whose models write the script |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Whizi | Yes | Yes, Whizi Image | Yes, about 4.8 s at 720p with sound | Yes, up to 2 min 30 s | Powerhouse, $49.99 a month | Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, DeepSeek and about 35 more |
| Poe | Yes | Yes, 43 image bots | Yes, 43 video bots, each priced in points | Yes, 14 audio bots including ElevenLabs Music and Lyria | Plus, $19.99 a month in the iPhone app | OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, DeepSeek and about 20 more |
| Gemini | Yes | Yes, Nano Banana | Yes, Gemini Omni | Yes, Lyria | Google AI Plus, $4.99 a month | |
| Perplexity | Yes | Yes | Yes, up to 8 s with Veo | No | Pro, $20 a month | OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and more |
| Meta AI | Yes | Yes | Yes, called vibes | No | Free app | Meta |
| Grok | Yes | Yes, Imagine | Yes, Imagine | No | Premium, $30 a month | xAI |
| ChatGPT | Yes | Yes, limited on Free | No, Sora closed | No | Free | OpenAI |
| Vibe by Mistral | Yes | Yes, basic on Free | No | No | Free | Mistral |
| Microsoft Copilot | Yes | Yes, in Create | No on personal plans | No | Microsoft 365 Personal, $9.99 in the app | Microsoft picks |
| Claude | Yes | No | No | No | Free | Anthropic |
Price only moves the ranking for the tied apps. Meta AI ranks above Grok because both of them make four with one company's models, and the Meta AI listing shows nothing for sale inside the app. Grok's plans page lists Imagine on its $8 Plus tier, but Premium at $30 is the first card that names "images & videos" in plain words. Copilot loses its video row on Microsoft's own Create table. Personal, Family, Premium and Pro accounts show "No" next to Create a video.
Which AI app is best for each kind of creator?
Each app wins for one kind of creator. We took every pick from the vendor's own page and gave every app a losing case from the same sources:
| Rank | App | Best for | Why it wins | Where it loses |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Whizi | Creators who want the widest choice of script writers, plus video and music at a printed price per clip | All five outputs on Powerhouse; a video spends 20 credits and a song 15, from 10,000 a month | $49.99 for video and music, $30 more than Poe Plus, 4.8 second clips, square images, 3 App Store ratings |
| 2 | Poe | The widest pick of video and music generators | All five on Plus at $19.99, with 43 video bots and 14 audio bots | Each bot charges its own rate in points, so no published clip count; text bots from about 25 companies against Whizi's 40 |
| 3 | Gemini | The cheapest full kit | All five on Google AI Plus at $4.99, and songs on the free plan | Only Gemini writes, and video isn't available to users under 18 |
| 4 | Perplexity | Scripts built on research | Pro lets you pick GPT, Claude, Gemini or Grok, and makes 8 second Veo clips | No songs, and no published video count |
| 5 | Meta AI | Free video | Images and videos (vibes) in the free app | Not available everywhere, and no songs |
| 6 | Grok | Creators who post on X | Imagine makes images and video | No songs, and $30 for the tier that names video |
| 7 | ChatGPT | Scripts and captions with an image | 11.2 million US ratings; image creation on every plan | No video since 26 April 2026, and no music |
| 8 | Vibe by Mistral | Free images from a European company | Basic image generation and editing on Free | No video and no songs |
| 9 | Microsoft Copilot | Microsoft 365 subscribers | Create makes images, posters and banners on personal plans | No video on personal plans |
| 10 | Claude | Diagrams and charts for explainers | Builds charts and interactive visuals in the chat | No photos or illustrations |
Whizi, which publishes this page, is the newest app on the list and loses on every trust signal. It went live on 26 August 2026 and had 3 US App Store ratings on 11 October. It has no iPad version, and it has no widget or Siri action. Files you attach in the app are capped at 10 MB each. The free tier is thin: text only, with 7 messages on day one and 3 a day after that. Video and music need Powerhouse at $49.99 a month, ten times Gemini's plan and $30 more than Poe Plus. Both are cheaper kits. Whizi Video AI runs Lightricks' LTX-2 and returns about 4.8 seconds of 720p video with sound. Whizi Image draws squares, so a 16:9 thumbnail has to start from a 16:9 photo, which an edit keeps. You pay for the writers, and that's the edge. Whizi's plans page puts a video at 20 credits and a song at 15, out of the 10,000 credits Powerhouse grants each month, and the pricing page lists 500 image generations a month.
Poe ties Whizi on outputs and beats it on price and trust. Its public model list, read on 21 October 2026, holds 323 bots: 218 write text, 43 make video, 14 make audio, and ElevenLabs Music and Google's Lyria are among them. Poe Plus costs $19.99 in the iPhone app, $30 less than Powerhouse, and the app had 54K US ratings at 4.7 stars. It ranks second on the first tie-break: its text bots come from about 25 companies, against about 40 in Whizi's catalog. Each Poe bot also charges its own rate in points, so no single number tells you how many clips Plus buys in a month, where Whizi prints 20 credits a clip. If you want the widest choice of video generators, Poe beats Whizi.
Single job tools still win at the one job they do. The page one lists for this query name Midjourney for images, Canva for design, ElevenLabs for voiceovers and Suno for songs. You'd pay for each of them on top of your chat app. Our image generator comparison covers the image side, and the video generator and music generator rankings cover the rest.
What is the best free AI app for content creators?
Gemini is the best free AI app for most creators, and Meta AI is the free pick for video. Google's limits page shows the free Gemini plan making Nano Banana images and music, so you get four of the five without paying. You need Google AI Plus for the video. Google put its newest Lyria music model in the Gemini app for "all users globally" on 4 September 2026, per its announcement.
Meta AI covers the gap. Meta's help center says you can "create AI generated images and videos (called vibes)" in the Meta AI app and on meta.ai. It also warns the apps "are not yet available everywhere." ChatGPT's Free plan gives you "Limited image creation" and no video, per OpenAI's pricing page. Whizi's free tier makes no images, video or songs at all.
Which AI app is best for video content creation?
Gemini is the best pick for most video creators in October 2026: its $4.99 plan makes clips, and you can keep editing a clip in the same chat. Meta AI makes video for free, where it's available. Google's video help page lists editing over several turns and a choice of aspect ratio, and Gemini adds audio when you ask. Perplexity Pro makes clips of up to 8 seconds with Google's Veo, according to its help center. But it won't say how many: "We are unable to provide exact numbers," the page reads.
That missing count is the thing to check before you pay. Perplexity says it can't give one, and xAI's plans page promises "more usage" on each tier up. Whizi prints a price per clip: 20 credits, from the 10,000 that Powerhouse grants each month. Google gives every account 50 Flow credits a day, and Google AI Plus adds 200 a month, per its Flow credits page. The same page says the credits a clip needs depend "on the AI model you use." If you post a clip every day, count first.
- List the outputs you post every week: script, caption, thumbnail, video, song
- Count how many of them one plan makes before you compare prices
- Check the age limit: Gemini video isn't open to users under 18
- Look for a published count of videos per month, not "more usage"
- Add a single job tool only for the output you post most
Frequently asked questions
Can ChatGPT make videos and music for content creators?
No. ChatGPT makes scripts, captions and images, but no plan makes video or music as of October 2026. OpenAI closed the Sora app on 26 April 2026, and its pricing page has no video row. Gemini makes both on Google AI Plus at $4.99. Google AI Pro vs ChatGPT Plus compares the two paid plans.
Do I still need Midjourney or Suno if my AI app makes images and songs?
Only if that output is your main product. An all in one app is enough for thumbnails and background tracks. Whizi Music AI writes up to 2 minutes 30 seconds per song, and the lists that rank for this query name Suno for full songs. The best AI image generators shows where a dedicated image tool pulls ahead.
Is one AI subscription enough for a content creator?
Yes, for most creators who post short video. Whizi Powerhouse, Poe Plus and Gemini on Google AI Plus each make all five outputs on one plan. You'd add a second subscription only for long songs, long videos or professional voiceovers. How many AI subscriptions you need works through the math.
Is there one app with ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini that also makes video?
Yes, Whizi and Poe. Whizi Powerhouse reaches GPT, Claude and Gemini among 280+ models and makes video at 20 credits a clip. Poe lists 43 video bots, each priced in points, and Poe Plus is $19.99 in the iPhone app. The all in one AI platforms comparison covers the trade.
