Contact Whizi support and find help with accounts, purchases, subscription restoration and cancellation, account deletion, and problematic AI output.

Account help
Sign in using the same method used to create your account. For email-and-password accounts, select Forgot password? on the login page. If you still cannot sign in, email us from the address associated with the account.
Subscriptions and purchases
Purchase a plan through the checkout shown in Whizi. To restore a store purchase, sign in with the same Whizi and store accounts and use Restore purchases in the app. Manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in Settings > your name > Subscriptions > Whizi. Manage or cancel Google Play subscriptions in Play Store > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Whizi. Manage web purchases in Whizi Settings.
Store-subscription warning
Deleting your Whizi account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the store subscription separately to stop future renewals.
Account deletion
In the app, open Settings > Delete account and data, then confirm. See the complete account-deletion instructions.
Report problematic AI output
Email [email protected] with the subject AI output report. Include the model, approximate date and time, what was problematic, and a safe excerpt or screenshot. Remove sensitive information first.
