Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your Whizi account and data, what information is removed, and how to request deletion if you cannot access the app.

Delete your account in the Whizi app

Sign in to the Whizi mobile app, open the sidebar, select Settings, choose Delete account and data, then confirm the deletion a second time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your Whizi profile, synchronized mobile and web conversations, chat messages, uploaded attachments, generated media, referral records, entitlement state, push-notification tokens, and your authentication account. Limited records may be retained only where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution obligations.

Store subscriptions

Apple App Store and Google Play subscriptions are managed by the store. Deleting your Whizi account does not automatically cancel store billing; cancel active subscriptions in your Apple or Google settings first.

If you cannot access the app

Contact [email protected] from the email address associated with your account to request deletion. Whizi may verify account ownership before processing the request.
