Which AI platform is best if you want more than one AI?
Whizi is the best AI platform if you want more than one AI, because one plan reaches all four big labs. On 31 October 2026 we checked eight plans against the eight jobs that most of us want from AI. Four are chat with GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok. The other four are images, video, music and voice. A square means the plan's own pricing page, help center or App Store listing names that job:
Whizi Powerhouse, at $49.99 a month, is the only plan that fills all eight. Perplexity Pro and Poe each miss just one of them. Perplexity's video help page covers video for Pro, but it has no music. Poe's help center has no article on a voice mode. Whizi Pro misses two. You get one free 5-second video, and music waits on Powerhouse. Every single company plan stops at its own lab's models, so Google AI Pro, the best of them, tops out at five, though it fills all four media jobs.
What are the best AI platforms, ranked?
Here a platform means the app or website you open to use AI, for yourself or a small team. Enterprise AI platforms such as Google Vertex AI, Amazon SageMaker and IBM watsonx are a different thing: they're for building and running your own models, and this ranking leaves them out. We read every price on 31 October 2026, from the US App Store unless the row names another source:
| Rank | Platform | Best for | Main plan, US price | Labs' chat models | Images, video, music, voice | Where it loses |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Whizi | Every major model in one app | Pro $29.99, Powerhouse $49.99 (whizi.io) | OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and more | Pro: images and voice. Powerhouse: all four | Video and music need Powerhouse, and there are no team accounts |
| 2 | Google Gemini | The most on one company's plan | Google AI Pro $19.99 (gemini.google) | Google only | All four | Gemini models only |
| 3 | ChatGPT | Everyday chat in one app | Go $8, Plus $19.99 | OpenAI only | Images and voice | No video or music on its pricing page |
| 4 | Perplexity | Search with cited sources | Pro $20 | OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and three more | Images, video and voice | Claude Opus 5.5 needs Max at $200 |
| 5 | Poe | The cheapest way into many labs | Basic $4.99, Plus $19.99 | OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and more | Images, video and music | Bills in points, and its help center has no voice mode article |
| 6 | Claude | Writing, files and code | Pro $20 a month (claude.com) | Anthropic only | Voice | No image, video or music on its pricing page |
| 7 | Grok | Images and video in a chat app | SuperGrok $30 | xAI only | Images, video with sound, voice | Costs $10 more than most main plans |
| 8 | Microsoft Copilot | Microsoft 365 users | Microsoft 365 Premium $19.99 | Not named on its listing | Not named on its listing | Its App Store page names no model and no media job |
| 9 | Meta AI | Free use with no plan to pick | Free, no prices listed | Meta only | Images and voice | Lists in-app purchases with no prices |
We ranked on one test: how much of what people use AI for sits behind one login and one bill. Whizi wins it on how many labs it can reach. Google wins it among the single companies. ChatGPT ranks third with only three jobs, because its free plan gives "Unlimited text chats with GPT-6", per OpenAI's pricing page. Our AI app ranking orders the same apps by App Store ratings instead.
Why does Whizi rank first for every major model?
Whizi ranks first because its Pro plan carries each big lab's current model in one chat: Claude Opus 5.5, GPT-6.1 Sol, Gemini 3.8 Flash and Grok 4.7. Buying those labs' own plans costs $89.98 a month. That's ChatGPT Plus at $19.99, Claude Pro at $20, Google AI Pro at $19.99 and SuperGrok at $30. Whizi Pro is $29.99 a month, or $19.99 a month billed yearly, with 2,500 credits a month. Credits per message vary by model and can change, and you can see all of them on the pricing page.
The second reason is what you can do with two labs at once. On whizi.io, Pro runs one prompt through two models in side by side columns. Each column keeps its own chat, so neither model sees the other's answer. You don't have to start from zero, either, because you can import your ChatGPT and Claude chats in Settings. Pro makes 100 images a month and gives 80 minutes of voice, which runs on Google's Gemini Live API. Powerhouse adds video at 20 credits a clip and Whizi Music AI, which writes songs up to 150 seconds long.
Whizi loses in four places. Poe is cheaper to start: Basic is $4.99, and Poe's purchases FAQ promises "one simple subscription, instead of managing multiple subscriptions or multiple API keys." Whizi has no team accounts, no developer API and no iPad app. Video and music are only on Powerhouse. And if you only use one lab, that lab's own plan is the better buy. The split between hosted plans, your own API keys and self hosting is in the best all in one AI platforms.
Where does a single company platform beat Whizi?
Google AI Pro beats Whizi Pro for anyone who's happy with Gemini alone. It costs less, and it fills five of the eight jobs, including the video and the music that Whizi Pro lacks. Google's plan page gives AI Pro "1,000 Google Flow Credits" for its creative studio, plus 5 TB of storage. Its music page says Lyria 3.5 makes "tracks up to three minutes long." Limits apply, and you must be 18 or older.
The other labs win on their own tools. Claude Pro includes Claude Code and "Claude in Chrome and Microsoft 365", per Anthropic's pricing page. ChatGPT Plus adds Codex, and it lets you set up scheduled tasks and custom GPTs. Perplexity's App Store listing promises "Cited sources for every answer." None of those run inside Whizi. If one of them is why you use AI, pay that company and skip a plan that covers every lab.
Which AI platform is best for a small team?
ChatGPT Business is the safest pick for a small team. OpenAI's pricing FAQ says "Business plans are available starting at 2 users." Microsoft Copilot is sold through Microsoft 365 plans from $1.99, so it fits a team that already works in Word and Excel. Whizi bills one person per account. It has no seats. A team of four can each buy Pro, but there's no shared workspace, admin panel or seat bill. That's fine if each person mainly wants GPT and Claude answers side by side. It isn't fine if you need one invoice and user management.
What is the best free AI platform?
Gemini is the best free AI platform. Google's free plan lists "Image generation and editing", Deep Research and Gemini Live, with "Access to our Flash-Lite model." ChatGPT's free plan comes second, with "Unlimited text chats with GPT-6" and limited image creation. Claude's free plan can "Search the web, create files, and run code." Whizi's free tier is smaller. You get 10 messages a day on Whizi AI, Auto or Claude Haiku 5.5, 2 pictures a month and one 5-second video. That's enough to get a feel for the app. It won't reach GPT, Gemini or Grok.
- Count the labs whose models you use in a week before you pay for a plan that covers every lab
- Pick Google AI Pro if Gemini alone is enough and you want video and music
- Pick Whizi Pro if you want GPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok in one chat with side by side answers
- Buy a team plan from one lab if you need shared billing and admin
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an AI platform and an AI tool?
An AI platform is the place you go for many jobs, and an AI tool does one. ChatGPT, Gemini and Whizi are platforms, since one login covers chat, images and voice. Midjourney for pictures or Otter for meeting notes are tools. Most people need one platform, plus at most one tool for a job their platform does poorly.
Can I use multiple AI platforms together?
Yes, but you pay for each one. ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro and Google AI Pro cost $59.98 a month together in the US on 31 October 2026. Whizi and Poe put several labs in one app instead, and Whizi Pro shows two models in separate side by side columns on whizi.io.
How much should I expect to spend on an AI platform?
Nothing to start, and about $20 a month for one company's main plan. ChatGPT Plus, Google AI Pro and Poe Plus are $19.99, Claude Pro and Perplexity Pro are $20, and SuperGrok is $30. A plan that reaches every major lab costs $29.99 on Whizi Pro, or $4.99 to start on Poe Basic.
Which AI platform is best for coding?
Claude is the pick for coding, because Claude Pro includes Claude Code, Anthropic's coding tool, for $20 a month. ChatGPT Plus comes second with expanded Codex usage. Whizi carries both labs' models for chat about code, but it has no developer API, so you can't wire it into your own tools.
